Are we to keep the Sabbath day of  rest?

If we are just looking at the old testament the answer is yes, But we are living under the new testament, or covenant. When you are born again you have enter into the rest. And Jesus has become our Sabbath.

Jesus Said:
Mat 11:28  “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Mat 11:29  “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Heb 4:3  For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said:
“So I swore in My wrath,
‘They shall not enter My rest,

although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

Heb 4:10  For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.

This means that our work is over, our flesh is nailed to the cross and we have the everlasting life in us.

Rom 6:6  knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin.

Col 2:16  Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath.
Rom 14:13  Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.

Rom 14:14  I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.
